Brett Hales Profile
Candidate Profile:

I'm Brett Hales and alongside my wife Cindy, we've raised our 5 kids in Murray and have called it home for 33 years. I retired as VP of Cyprus Credit Union and have served on the city council since 2012. I believe that it is important for local leaders to listen; and with the input of those I serve, Murray enjoys a budget surplus of over $10 million and the lowest property taxes in the state. With your support, this is the same approach I'll carry with me as your mayor.

I’m Joe Silverzweig, candidate for Murray City Council District 2. I’m an attorney by training, a former small business owner, and a government relations expert. I’m honored to serve on nonprofit boards, volunteer in my community, and fundraise for causes I believe in. In some ways, I feel as if I’ve been preparing my whole life to help steer local communities to new heights of prosperity and togetherness.

My core values are integrity, accountability, and compassion. I believe that these traits are the foundation of a joyous, successful life that creates a legacy a person can take pride in.

Candidate Profile:

My name is Pam Cotter. My husband and I have raised two daughters and lived in Murray since 1985.

I have worked for Murray School District for 30 years.

I was selected by the Murray City Council to be the interim District 2 City Council Member four years ago. That experience opened my eyes to the needs and concerns of Murray residents.

Murray is a unique community, and we need to keep our values as we move forward with well-planned, common-sense growth.
