2025 Fireworks Sales and Discharge Dates
Sales
Class "C" fireworks can be sold the following dates:
June 24th - July 25th
December 29th - December 31st
Two days before and on Chinese New Year's Eve
Discharge
Between the hours of 11 am and 11 pm except as noted:
January 28th, 11 am - January 29th, 1 am
Chinese New Year's Eve
July 2nd - July 5th
(July 4th hours are extended to midnight)
July 22nd - July 25th
(July 24th hours are extended to midnight)
December 31st 11 am - January 1st, 2026 to 1 am*
New Year's Eve
*If New Year's Eve is on a Sunday and the county, municipality, or metro township determines to celebrate New Year's Eve on the prior Saturday (December 30th), then a person may discharge Class C common State approved explosives on that prior Saturday within the county, municipality, or metro township.
