They also offer 60-minute, one-on-one Personal Training or 60-minute, group of four Circuit Training. Sign up for this service at the front desk. This program has become one of our most popular classes as participants enjoy improving their fitness skills.

In May, Caitlin Keith from the Deseret News covered our Overall Fitness class and wrote an article "How older adults can stay motivated for regular exercise and physical activity."

Outdoor Pickleball Courts - Monday through Friday 8:00 - 4:00

Pickleball is the most exciting sport sweeping the country. Part tennis, part badminton, and a whole lot of fun. This racquet sport is played on a 20' by 40' court that limits the amount of mobility required to play the game. Our courts are open for those 55+ and are registered members in our computer system and scan each time they come and play.
